My name is Nellyan Vargas and I am thrilled to join the 352 Elite Inc., as a brand new volleyball coach. I am passionate about the sport and excited to share my knowledge and love for volleyball with the team.

Although I am new to coaching, I have been playing volleyball for several years and have developed a deep understanding of the game. I have participated in various leagues and tournaments, which have provided me with valuable experience and insights into the strategies and techniques that contribute to success on the court.

As a coach, my main goal is to create a positive and supportive environment where athletes can thrive and reach their full potential. I believe in the power of teamwork and the importance of fostering a strong sense of camaraderie among players. I will work diligently to build a cohesive team that supports and uplifts each other both on and off the court.

I am committed to helping each player develop their skills and improve their performance. I will focus on teaching the fundamentals of the game, such as passing, setting, serving, and hitting, while also emphasizing the importance of proper technique and form. Through drills, practice sessions, and individualized feedback, I will strive to help each athlete grow and excel in their respective positions.
